As a younger Mines alum, it is not easy to donate a large sum of money balancing the finances of life, but I felt it was something I could do to show my appreciation and give back to Mines football which did so much for me.

After all the hard work and challenge to get to Mines, we are hoping that this scholarship can recognize those achievements, ease the burden a bit during their time here, and help recipients achieve future success.

It is my goal to make the Women of Mines Group one of the most influential networking groups.

By giving back, we are using our time, talent, and treasure to promote the activities and resources that have impacted us, that we want to see maintained after we are gone."
